  1. Inspect the case extension for the following conditions:
    2. • Porosity
    • Cracks
    • Nicks
    • Burrs
    • Worn bushings

  2. Remove the case extension oil seal assembly (34) (model dependent).

    3. Object Number: 207633 Size: SH
  3. Using the J 23062-14 bushing remover and the J 8092 driver handle , remove the case extension bushing (33).

    4. Object Number: 207635 Size: SH
  4. Using the J 34196-4 which is part of kit J 34196-B bushing service set and the J 8092 driver handle , install a case extension bushing (33).
