This bulletin is being issued to inform dealers that effective with the start
of production 2005 model year, all light duty utility trucks with RPO BVE/BVF will
arrive at the dealership with the running boards/assist steps installed from the assembly
plant. Please note that due to the unique fender characteristics, the assist step
end caps for the Cadillac Escalade (excluding EXT and ESV Models) will continue to
be dealer installed. The end caps will come in a box inside the vehicle from the assembly
plant.
