When servicing the vehicle with the VIN you entered, the following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the described symptoms.

A customer may comment that the radio display will have Japanese writing or Japanese symbols. This may be followed by a radio or cd player concern. When the navigation radio has a internal radio or CD concern, the display will read a trouble code or a message in a Japanese language.

For CD concerns, try a good known CD. All other radio concerns, perform normal radio diagnosis per SI. If the concern is still present, sent the radio to a authorized repair center for exchange.
