All 1988 Cadillac vehicles are being shipped with a seated package of Gold Key materials in the trunk. It is essential that dealers inspect all new 1988 vehicles for the Gold Key package. In the event the package is missing and/or incomplete (e.g., opened with keys missing), the following procedures must be strictly adhered to:
A. Delivery recelpt must be coded 98086 with a notation "Gold Keys missing", "Gold Key Package missing", etc.
B. Replacement packages and/or materials can be obtained from Gold Key Headquarters by calling 1-800-554-7600 and ordering from the following selection:
