DEFINITION: Engine continues to run after key is turned OFF, but runs very rough. If engine runs smooth, check the ignition switch and adjustment.

Preliminary Checks

•	Search for bulletins.

•	Check PCM grounds for being clean, tight and in their proper locations. Refer to PCM wiring diagrams in Electrical Diagnosis.

Fuel System

Inspect injectors for leaking. Refer to Fuel System Diagnosis for procedure.
