INFORMATION: IF THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINS OF A BLANK VF DISPLAY IN THE RADIO CONTROL HEAD AND THE HEAD TESTS NTF ON THE BENCH, THE PROBLEM MAY BE IN THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER. A COMPONENT MAY HAVE FAILED IN THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER WHICH DISABLED THE VF DIM SIGNAL TO THE RADIO CONTROL HEAD AND THE HVAC CONTROL HEAD.
