ALUM.WHEEL HUBCAP RETENTION MISSING RETENTION GROOVE

VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1985 Deville And Fleetwood With PD8 Option ------------------------------------------

1985 Devilles and Fleetwoods Equipped with aluminum wheels (Option PD8) may not properly retain the centre hubcaps. If this condition is encountered, inspect the wheel to insure that a hubcap retention groove is present on the inside flat area of the wheel flange (See Figure 1). If the hubcap retention groove is not present, the wheel must be replaced (P/N 3634581). Do not attempt to machine or modify an incorrect wheel.
