LABOR TIME GUIDE REVISION

A June revision to the 1986 Labor Time Guide microfiche has been published. This revision should reach dealerships by May 27. Change indicators are included showing all new operations and changes made since the last update. Also included are new microfiche for Dealer Product Campaign Bulletins, Dealer Emission Bulletins, Cadillac Special Policy and "Serviceman" Bulletins.

This revision will be published on paper for those dealers who have subscribed to the "Paper" Labor Time Guide. For dealers who are not currently enrolled, the Paper Labor Time Guide is offered on a subscription basis in addition to the microfiche and includes an initial publication, one revision, and a final update. During the seven month period from Oct April, we received 112 Request for Review letters which included 82 different labor operations. Of these 82 operations, 31 time allowances were increased, seven new labor operations were provided, and 44 requests received some sort of favorable action or remained the same.

Major changes on this microfiche include: 1) An increase intime on V-6 Cimarron operattion, 2) The deletion of labor operation J1820 on the HT4100; 3) The addition of several paint and body operations for '86 Eldorados and Sevilles.

The following changes in this microfiche should be made. To R&I or replace the Climate Control Driver Information Center (CCDIC), please add labor operation N4172 at .3 hours and delete labor operation D0362 for the Eldorado and Seville only.
