HOOD - LOOSE OR RAISED HOOD EMBLEM

VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1986 Olds Delta 88 and Ninety-Eight -----------------

A loose or raised front hood emblem may be encountered on early production 1986 Ninety-Eight and 88 models. This condition may be due to the emblem tension spring contacting the underhood grille filler panel. Correction can be made by reworking the filler panel as shown in Figure 1.
