Exhaust Manifold Removal - Right Side RWD


    Object Number: 945964 Size: SH
  1. Remove the right exhaust manifold heat shield bolts.
  2. Remove the right exhaust manifold heat shield.

    3. Object Number: 902881 Size: SH
  3. Remove the exhaust manifold bolts from the right cylinder head.
  4. Remove the right exhaust manifold.
  5. Remove and discard the exhaust manifold gasket from the right cylinder head.

    6. Object Number: 860801 Size: SH
  6. Remove the right knock sensor bolt.
  7. Remove the right knock sensor.

    8. Object Number: 902802 Size: SH
  8. Remove the crankshaft position sensor bolt.
  9. Remove the crankshaft position sensor.

    10. Object Number: 1412145 Size: SH
  10. Remove and discard the crankshaft position sensor O-ring, if damaged.

    11. Object Number: 1392409 Size: SH
  11. Remove the engine mount nut.
  12. Remove the engine mount.

    13. Object Number: 1392414 Size: SH
  13. Remove the engine mount bracket bolts.
  14. Remove the engine mount bracket.

Exhaust Manifold Removal - Right Side AWD

  1. Remove the right exhaust manifold heat shield bolts.
  2. Remove the right exhaust manifold heat shield.

    3. Object Number: 902881 Size: SH
  3. Remove the exhaust manifold bolts from the right cylinder head.
  4. Remove the right exhaust manifold.
  5. Remove and discard the exhaust manifold gasket from the right cylinder head.

    6. Object Number: 860801 Size: SH
  6. Remove the right knock sensor bolt.
  7. Remove the right knock sensor.

    8. Object Number: 902802 Size: SH
  8. Remove the crankshaft position sensor bolt.
  9. Remove the crankshaft position sensor.

    10. Object Number: 1412145 Size: SH
  10. Remove and discard the crankshaft position sensor O-ring, if damaged.

    11. Object Number: 1392409 Size: SH
  11. Remove the engine mount nut.
  12. Remove the engine mount.

    13. Object Number: 1392414 Size: SH
  13. Remove the engine mount bracket bolts (1,2).
  14. Remove the engine mount bracket.
