Removal Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Torque Reaction Against Timing Drive Chain Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 946222 Size: SH
  1. Remove the camshaft. Refer to Camshaft Cover Replacement - Right Side.
  2. Remove the camshaft position actuator from the timing chain.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Torque Reaction Against Timing Drive Chain Notice in the Preface section.

  1. Install the camshaft position actuator to the timing chain.
  2. Install the camshaft. Refer to Camshaft Cover Replacement - Right Side.
