Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the front seats. Refer to Driver or Passenger Seat Replacement .
2. Remove the front seat cushion retaining nuts. Refer to Driver or Passenger Seat Back Ventilation Heating and Cooling Blower Replacement .
3. Re-zero the inflatable restraint passenger presence system whenever the seat cushion or any component of the passenger presence system is removed. Refer to Passenger Presence System Programming and Setup .

Reprogram memory seat module when replacing the seat control module.
