Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 2020641 Size: SH
  1. Remove the rear seat back. Refer to Rear Seat Back Replacement .
  2. Remove the rear seat head restraint and head restraint guide bushes. Refer to Rear Seat Head Restraint Replacement and Rear Seat Head Restraint Replacement .
  3. Remove seat belt guide panel.

  4. Remove caliper and J retainer.

    5. Object Number: 2020644 Size: SH
  5. Remove the rear seat back cover.

    6. Object Number: 2020645 Size: SH
  6. Remove caliper securing the blower onto the back frame, disconnect the electrical connector, take out the sear back frame from rear seat back cushion.

    7. Object Number: 2020647 Size: SH
  7. Separate the calipers between the blower and heater, remove blower.

    8. Object Number: 2020649 Size: SH
  8. Separate the heater from rear seat back cushion.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2020649 Size: SH
  1. Install the heater onto the rear seat back cushion.

    2. Object Number: 2020647 Size: SH
  2. Install the blower to the heater.

    3. Object Number: 2020645 Size: SH
  3. Install the blower onto the back frame, connect the electrical connector, and install the rear seat back cushion onto the rear seat back frame.

    4. Object Number: 2020644 Size: SH
  4. Install the rear seat back cushion.

    5. Object Number: 2020642 Size: SH
  5. Install J retainer and reinstall calipers.

    6. Object Number: 2020641 Size: SH
  6. Install seat belt guide panel.
  7. Install the rear seat head restraint and head restraint guide bush. Refer to Rear Seat Head Restraint Replacement .
  8. Install the rear seat back. Refer to Rear Seat Back Replacement .
