Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 2018525 Size: SH
  1. Remove the rear seat cushion. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Replacement .
  2. Remove rear seat adjuster switch. Refer to Power Seat Switch Replacement .
  3. Loose the caliper and the J retainer.

    4. Object Number: 2020618 Size: SH
  4. Remove the rear seat cushion cover.

    5. Object Number: 2020619 Size: SH
  5. Remove the fixing screws securing the blower to the rear seat cushion frame, disconnect the electrical connector, remove rear seat cushion frame.

    6. Object Number: 2020621 Size: SH
  6. Separate the calipers between the blower and heater, remove the blower.

    7. Object Number: 2020622 Size: SH
  7. Remove the heater from rear seat cushion to separate rear seat cushion from the heater.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2020622 Size: SH
  1. Install the heater to the rear seat cushion.

    2. Object Number: 2020621 Size: SH
  2. Install the blower to the heater.

    3. Object Number: 2020619 Size: SH
  3. Install the fixing screws between the blower and the rear seat cushion frame, connect the electrical connector and install the rear seat cushion frame.

    4. Object Number: 2020618 Size: SH
  4. Install the rear seat cushion cover onto the rear set cushion.

    5. Object Number: 2018525 Size: SH
  5. Install the J retainer and reinstall calipers.
  6. Install rear seat adjuster switch. Refer to Power Seat Switch Replacement .
  7. Install the rear seat cushion. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Replacement .
