Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 826490 Size: SH
  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Remove the tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
  3. Remove the adjustment link to knuckle mounting bolt.
  4. Remove the adjustment link to frame mounting nut and bolt.
  5. Remove the adjustment link from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 826490 Size: SH
  1. Install the adjustment link to the vehicle.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

    Important: Loosely install all fasteners before tightening.

  2. Install the adjustment link to knuckle mounting bolt.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 158 N·m (116 lb ft).

  3. Install the adjustment link to frame mounting bolt and nut.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts and nut to 169 N·m (125 lb ft).

  4. Install the tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
  5. Lower the vehicle.
  6. Adjust the rear toe. Refer to Rear Toe Adjustment .
