Makes 🢒 Cadillac 🢒 2009 🢒 SLS 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Cooling 🢒 Engine Oil Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1335111 Size: SH
  1. Remove the air cleaner intake duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement

    2. Object Number: 2182340 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the engine oil cooler pipe (1 and 2) from the radiator.

    3. Object Number: 2182341 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the clips (3) between the two EOC lines.
  4. Raise and Support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
  5. Remove the front air deflector retainers.
  6. Remove the front air deflector.
  7. Remove the LH front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.
  8. Disconnect the engine oil cooler pipe from the engine oil filter.
  9. Lower the vehicle.
  10. Remove the engine oil cooler pipe from the vehicle

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2182341 Size: SH
  1. Install the engine oil cooler pipe to the vehicle.
  2. Install the LH front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.
  3. Install one end of the engine oil cooler pipe to the engine oil filter.

    4. Object Number: 2182340 Size: SH
  4. Install the front air deflector.
  5. Install the front air deflector retainers.
  6. Lower the vehicle.
  7. Install one end of the engine oil cooler pipes (1 and 2) to the radiator.

    8. Object Number: 1335111 Size: SH
  8. Secure the EOC pipes.
  9. Install the air filter intake duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement.
