Makes 🢒 Cadillac 🢒 2009 🢒 SLS 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Electrical 🢒 Intake Manifold Removal

    Object Number: 946063 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect and remove the brake booster hose from the upper intake manifold.

    2. Object Number: 1306504 Size: SH
  2. Remove the intake manifold brace bolts (1 and 2).
  3. Remove the intake manifold brace.

    4. Object Number: 902887 Size: SH
  4. Remove the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) tube assembly bracket bolts.
  5. Disconnect and remove the PCV tube assembly from the upper intake manifold and right camshaft cover.

    6. Object Number: 946068 Size: SH
  6. Disconnect the (EVAP) hose from the upper intake manifold and EVAP solenoid.

    7. Object Number: 946076 Size: SH
  7. Remove the EVAP solenoid bolt.
  8. Remove the EVAP solenoid.

    9. Object Number: 1507461 Size: SH
  9. Remove the intake manifold bolts.
  10. Remove the intake manifold assembly.

    11. Object Number: 902883 Size: SH
  11. Remove the lower intake manifold gasket.
