Makes 🢒 Cadillac 🢒 2009 🢒 SLS 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 2.8L, 3.0L, 3.2L, or 3.6L 🢒 Engine Oil Pressure Sensor and/or Switch Replacement

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1210954 Size: SH
  1. Turn the ignition OFF.
  2. Remove the front compartment sight shield as necessary. Refer to Front Compartment Sight Shields Replacement.
  3. Disconnect the oil pressure sensor electrical connector.
  4. Remove the oil pressure sensor.

Installation Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1210954 Size: SH
  1. Install the oil pressure sensor.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the oil pressure sensor to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).

  2. Connect the oil pressure sensor electrical connector.
  3. Install the front compartment sight shield as necessary. Refer to Front Compartment Sight Shields Replacement.
