When the door switches are illuminated, the scan tool displays a percentage with respect to the interior lamps dimmer switch in the appropriate door modules data list.

Exterior Courtesy Lamp Command: The scan tool displays percentage (%). This is the state of the exterior courtesy lamp as detected by the associated door module. When the exterior courtesy lamps are illuminated, the scan tool displays a percentage with respect to the intensity the lamps are illuminated in the appropriate door module data list.

Exterior Courtesy Lamp Status: The scan tool displays Off/On. This is the state of the exterior courtesy lamp as detected by the associated door module. When the driver or front passenger doors are opened, the exterior courtesy lamps illuminate and the scan tool displays ON. When the front doors are closed, the exterior courtesy lamps turn off and the scan too displays Off.
