J 44827 Transmission Cooler Quick Connect

1. Remove the radiator and condenser sight shield.



2. Remove the engine air cleaner inlet pipe.
3. Using the J 44827 , disconnect the transmission oil cooler pipes from the radiator.
4. Disconnect transmission oil cooler pipes from the transmission.
5. Remove and discard the O-rings.
6. Remove the TOC pipes.

1. Install the TOC pipes.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

2. Install new O-rings to the TOC pipes.
3. Connect the TOC pipes to the transmission.
4. Connect the TOC pipes to the radiator.
5. Install the engine air cleaner inlet pipe.
6. Install the radiator and condenser sight shield.
