Power Steering Fluid Reservoir Outlet Hose Replacement LY7
Removal Procedure
- Remove the front air deflector. Refer to
Front Air Deflector Replacement.
- Install a drain pan under the vehicle.
- Remove the air cleaner intake duct. Refer to
Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement for the 3.6L (LY7) engine.
- Disconnect the power steering reservoir outlet hose from the power steering pump.
- Disconnect the power steering reservoir outlet hose from the power steering reservoir.
- Remove the power steering reservoir outlet hose.
Installation Procedure
- Connect the power steering reservoir outlet hose to the power steering reservoir.
- Connect the power steering reservoir outlet hose to the power steering reservoir.
- Install the air filter intake duct. Refer to
Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement for the 3.6L (LY7) engine.
- Remove the drain pan under the vehicle.
- Install the front air deflector. Refer to
Front Air Deflector Replacement.
- Bleed the power steering system. Refer to
Power Steering System Bleeding.
Power Steering Fluid Reservoir Outlet Hose Replacement LH2
Removal Procedure
- Remove the front air deflector. Refer to
Front Air Deflector Replacement.
- Place a drain pan under the vehicle.
- Remove the air cleaner intake duct. Refer to
Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement for the 4.6L (LH2) engine.
- Disconnect the power steering reservoir outlet hose from the power steering pump.
- Disconnect the power steering reservoir outlet hose from the power steering reservoir.
- Remove the power steering reservoir outlet hose.
Installation Procedure
- Connect the power steering reservoir outlet hose to the power steering reservoir.
- Connect the power steering reservoir outlet hose to the power steering reservoir.
- Install the air filter intake duct. Refer to
Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement for the 4.6L (LH2) engine.
- Remove the drain pan from under the vehicle.
- Install the front air deflector. Refer to
Front Air Deflector Replacement.
- Bleed the power steering system. Refer to
Power Steering System Bleeding.
