Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 2013313 Size: SH
  1. Remove the instrument panel compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement.
  2. Remove the right insulator panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Replacement - Right Side.
  3. Remove the blower and the upper air inlet assembly bolts (1).

    4. Object Number: 799121 Size: SH
  4. Remove the lower right air inlet assembly bolt (1).

    5. Object Number: 799130 Size: SH
  5. Slide the assembly to the right and then lower.
  6. Disconnect the air inlet assembly electrical connector (1).

    7. Object Number: 799128 Size: SH
  7. Rotate blower and the air inlet assembly (1) and remove.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 799130 Size: SH
  1. Connect blower and the air inlet assembly electrical connector (1).

    2. Object Number: 799128 Size: SH
  2. Install the air inlet assembly (1) to the locator pin.

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 2013313 Size: SH
  3. Install the upper air inlet assembly bolts (1).

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 9 N·m (80 lb in).


    Object Number: 799121 Size: SH
  4. Install the lower right air inlet assembly bolt (1).

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 9 N·m (80 lb in).

  5. Install the instrument panel compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement.
  6. Install the insulator panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Replacement - Right Side.
