Removal Procedure

    Warning: Refer to SIR Warning in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 2033718 Size: SH
  1. Disable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling.
  2. Remove the inflatable restraint steering wheel module. Refer to Steering Wheel Inflatable Restraint Module Replacement.
  3. Remove the retaining screws from the steering wheel control switch.

    4. Object Number: 2033719 Size: SH
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector. Remove the steering wheel control switch.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2033719 Size: SH
  1. Connect the electrical connector.

    2. Object Number: 2033718 Size: SH
  2. Install the steering wheel control switch retaining screw.
  3. Install the inflatable restraint steering wheel module. Refer to Steering Wheel Inflatable Restraint Module Replacement
  4. Enable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling.
