Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the seat from the vehicle. Refer to Rear Seat Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 1273961 Size: SH
  2. Remove the seat bottom panel screws (1) from the seat bottom.

    3. Object Number: 1273949 Size: SH
  3. Remove the 2 springs (1) from the seat bottom.

    4. Object Number: 1273953 Size: SH
  4. Remove the seat cushion mounting nuts (1) from the front of the seat.

    5. Object Number: 1273951 Size: SH
  5. Remove the seat cushion mounting nuts (1) from the rear of the seat.
  6. Remove the seat cushion from the seat.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the seat cushion into the seat.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1273951 Size: SH
  2. Install the rear seat cushion nuts (1) securing the seat cushion to the seat frame.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the nuts to 24 N·m (18 lb ft).

  3. Install the seat cushion nuts (1) securing the seat cushion to the seat frame.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the nuts to 24 N·m (18 lb ft).


    Object Number: 1273949 Size: SH
  4. Install the 2 springs (1) to the seat cushion.

    5. Object Number: 1273961 Size: SH
  5. Install the bottom panel screws (1) to the seat.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the bottom panel screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  6. Install the seat in the vehicle. Refer to Rear Seat Replacement .
