Rear Seat Number 1 Back Replacement - Left Side for Cadillac SRX 2007

1. Remove the seat from the vehicle. Refer to Rear Seat Replacement .
2. Remove the left seat cushion. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Replacement - Left Side .



3. Remove the pivot trim cover screws (1).
4. Remove the outer pivot covers.



5. Disconnect the J-channel retainers (1).
6. Remove the seat back retaining bolts (2).
7. Remove the seat back from the seat adjuster.

1. Install the seat back on to the seat adjuster.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.




2. Install the seat back retaining bolts (2).

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 35 N·m (26 lb ft).

3. Connect the J-channel retainers (1).



4. Install the pivot cover screws (1).

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

5. Install the seat cushion. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Replacement - Left Side .
6. Install the seat into the vehicle. Refer to Rear Seat Replacement .
