Preliminary Procedure

Remove the rear wheelhouse liner panels. Refer to Rear Wheelhouse Panel Liner Replacement .

Rear Bumper Fascia to Rear Bolt (Qty: 4)

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

Tighten
6 N·m (53 lb in)

Rear Bumper Fascia Plastic Retainer (Qty: 2)

Rear Bumper Side Bolt (Qty: 2)

Tighten
6 N·m (53 lb in)

Rear Bumper Fascia Rear Quarter Panel Bolt (Qty: 10)

Procedure

Reach between the fascia and the rear quarter panel to loosen the bolts. DO NOT pull on the fascia when reaching to loosen the bolts.

Tighten
3 N·m (27 lb in)

Rear Bumper Bracket

Tip
Replace the rear bumper bracket clips as needed.
