  1. Install the NEW thermostat housing assembly O-ring and gasket.

    2. Object Number: 1871057 Size: SH
  2. Install the thermostat housing assembly.

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the thermostat housing assembly bolts and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

    4. Object Number: 1665644 Size: SH
  4. Install the NEW heater inlet/outlet pipe assembly O-ring and gasket.

    5. Object Number: 946082 Size: SH
  5. Install the heater inlet/outlet pipe assembly.
  6. Install the heater inlet/outlet pipe assembly bolts and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
