Preliminary Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel upper trim pad. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel with Windshield Defroster Nozzle Grille Replacement.
  2. Remove the radio. Refer to Radio Replacement.

Navigation Antenna Bolt (Qty: 2)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
2 N·m (18 lb in)

Navigation Antenna Assembly

Procedure

Disconnect the navigation antenna from the radio.

Tip
Do not splice the wiring or make the antenna lead shorter.
