Makes 🢒 Cadillac 🢒 2009 🢒 SRX 🢒 Body Hardware and Trim 🢒 Interior Trim and Paneling 🢒 Seat Belt Retractor Replacement - No. 2 Rear

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the body side rear upper garnish molding. Refer to Body Side Rear Upper Garnish Molding Replacement.
  2. Remove the body side rear trim panel. Refer to Body Side Rear Trim Panel Replacement.

    3. Object Number: 1070118 Size: SH
  3. Remove the bolt that retains the seat belt retractor assembly (2) to the body.
  4. Remove the seat belt retractor assembly from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1070118 Size: SH
  1. Install the seat belt retractor assembly (2) to the vehicle.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the rear seat belt retractor bolts to 70 N·m (52 lb ft).

  2. Install the body side rear trim panel. Refer to Body Side Rear Trim Panel Replacement.
  3. Insert the seat belt through the body side rear upper garnish molding.
  4. Install the rear seat belt upper guide bolt (1). Ensure that the seat belt webbing is not twisted.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 70 N·m (52 lb ft).

  5. Install the body side rear upper garnish molding. Refer to Body Side Rear Upper Garnish Molding Replacement.
