Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the headlamps. Refer to Headlamp Replacement.
2. Remove the front air deflector. Refer to Front Air Deflector Replacement.
3. Remove the front bumper fascia extensions. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Extension Replacement - Right Side and Front Bumper Fascia Extension Replacement - Left Side.

Front Bumper Fascia Reinforcement Bolt (Qty: 2)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
9 N·m (80 lb in)

Front Bumper Fascia Reinforcement Nut (Qty: 2)

Tip
It is only necessary to loosen the nuts to slide the bumpers from the fenders. Do not remove them entirely.

Tighten
9 N·m (80 lb in)

Procedure

1. Disconnect all electrical connectors and any attached harnesses before attempting to remove.
2. Transfer any parts as needed after the fascia has been removed.
