Sunroof Window Seal Replacement Rear

1. Remove the rear venting and/or stationary window panel. Refer to Sunroof Window Replacement .
2. Pull up on the rear window seal (2). Remove the window seal from the channel.

1. Clean the silicone adhesive from the window seal groove.
2. Use a caulk gun to apply fresh silicone RTV sealant P/N 12346192 (Canadian P/N 10953476) to the new seal (2).
3. Install the seal (2) to the groove with a small roller or thumb pressure (1).
4. Install the rear window panel. Refer to Sunroof Window Replacement .

Sunroof Window Seal Replacement Front

1. Remove the front sunroof window. Refer to Sunroof Window Replacement
2. Pull up on the window seal (2). Remove the window seal from the channel.

1. Place the window seal (2) in the groove (3). Ensure that the parting line faces rearward.
2. Beginning at the parting line, use a small roller tool to thumb pressure to install the seal into the sunroof frame channel.
3. Install the front sunroof window. Refer to Sunroof Window Replacement .

Sunroof Window Seal Replacement Center

1. Remove the center sunroof window. Refer to Sunroof Window Replacement .
2. Pull up on the window seal (2). Remove the window seal from the channel.

1. Use thumb pressure (1) or a small roller tool to install the window seal.
2. Install the center sunroof window. Refer to Sunroof Window Replacement .
