Removal Procedure
  1. Lift the seat back panel up to access fastener covers.

    2. Object Number: 1310491 Size: SH
  2. Using a flat-bladed tool, remove the fastener covers (1) from the seat back panel.

    3. Object Number: 1246730 Size: SH
  3. Remove the seat back panel bolts (1).

    4. Object Number: 1260910 Size: SH
  4. Disconnect the electrical connectors (1) from the panel.
  5. Remove the seat back panel.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1260910 Size: SH
  1. Connect the electrical connectors (1) to the seat back panel.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1246730 Size: SH
  2. Install the seat back panel bolts (1) to the seat back.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 9 N·m (80 lb in).


    Object Number: 1310491 Size: SH
  3. Install the seat back panel fastener covers (1) to the seat back panel.
  4. Calibrate the seat. Refer to Power Folding Seat Calibration.
