The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

When ever the A/C system has to be flushed due to system contamination a new dehydrator/accumulator should be installed. In the past the condenser had to be replaced because the parts were not available.

SPO has recently released a service kit part number 89023442 to service the desiccant bag, o-ring and plug for the condenser's dehydrator. It will no longer be necessary to replace the complete condenser.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
