Rear Seat Back Latch Replacement for Cadillac STS 2008

1. Remove the rear seat back cover and pad. Refer to Rear Split Folding Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement .



2. Drill out the rivets (1) retaining the latch to the seat frame.



3. Push in on the release tab retaining the cable to the seat frame.
4. Remove the latch assembly from the seat frame.

1. Install the latch assembly into position.

Rivet the latch into place.




2. Install the latch release cable into the retaining slot.
3. Install the rear seat cover and pad. Rear Split Folding Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement .
