For 1990-2009 cars only
- Place the water outlet housing in place while fitting the bypass hose to the engine front cover.
- Install the water outlet housing bolts to the cylinder heads and tighten to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).
- Reposition the clamp (1) on the bypass hose. Ensure the clamp release mechanism of the clamps are oriented towards the engine front cover and away from the drive belt path.
