Makes 🢒 Cadillac 🢒 2009 🢒 STS 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 4.4L 🢒 Air Inlet Housing Front Panel Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement.
  2. Remove the windshield wiper arms. Refer to Windshield Wiper Arm Replacement.
  3. Remove the air inlet grille panel (1). Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement.

    4. Object Number: 776830 Size: SH
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector (4) from the windshield wiper motor.
  5. Remove the windshield wiper transmission (6). Refer to Windshield Wiper Transmission Replacement.

    6. Object Number: 1681220 Size: SH
  6. Remove the air inlet housing retaining nuts/bolts.
  7. Remove the air inlet housing panel assembly from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1681220 Size: SH
  1. Install the air inlet housing panel assembly to the vehicle.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the air inlet housing retaining nuts/bolts and tighten to 6 N·m (53 lb in).

    3. Object Number: 776830 Size: SH
  3. Install the windshield wiper transmission (6). Refer to Windshield Wiper Transmission Replacement.
  4. Install the electrical connector (4) to the windshield wiper motor.
  5. Install the air inlet grille panel (1). Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement.
  6. Install the windshield wiper arms. Refer to Windshield Wiper Arm Replacement.
  7. Install the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement.
