Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1614072 Size: SH
  1. Remove the air cleaner housing assembly from the vehicle. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 1614076 Size: SH
  2. Remove the air cleaner housing cover (1) screws.
  3. Open the air cleaner housing.
  4. Remove the air cleaner element (2).
  5. Remove any loose debris that may be found laying in the base of the air cleaner.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1614076 Size: SH
  1. Install the new air filter element (2).
  2. Assemble the air cleaner cover (1) to the air cleaner housing (3).

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the air cleaner housing cover screws and tighten to 3 N·m (27 lb in).

    4. Object Number: 1614072 Size: SH
  4. Install the air cleaner housing to the vehicle. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement.
