Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the air conditioning, power steering and water pump drive belt. Refer to Water Pump and Air Conditioning Compressor and Power Steering Pump Belt Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 887830 Size: SH
  2. Remove the drive belt idler pulley bolt.
  3. Remove the drive belt idler pulley.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 887830 Size: SH
  1. Install the drive belt idler pulley.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the drive belt idler pulley bolt and tighten to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).
  3. Install the drive belt. Refer to Water Pump and Air Conditioning Compressor and Power Steering Pump Belt Replacement.
