Removal Procedure
- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
- Remove the compressor assembly. Refer to Air Compressor Replacement.
- Remove the hose (1) from the air dryer (2).
- Remove the mounting screw (1).
- Rotate the air dryer (1) to remove from compressor.
Installation Procedure
- Install the air dryer (1) to the compressor.
- Install the air dryer mounting screw (1) and tighten to 6 N·m (53 lb in).
- Install the hose (1) onto the air dryer (2).
- Install the compressor to the vehicle. Refer to Air Compressor Replacement.
- Lower the vehicle.
