Preliminary Procedure Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement
1	Headlamp Washer Nozzle Hole Cover Procedure Pull the nozzle shaft out and lock in place with the washer nozzle locking tabs. Use a small flat-bladed tool to release the nozzle hole cover from the nozzle shaft.
2	Headlamp Washer Hose Assembly
3	Headlamp Washer Nozzle Screw Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section. Tighten 2 N·m (18 lb in)
4	Headlamp Washer Nozzle Assembly Tip Ensure to prime the headlamp washer system after the installation of the new nozzle assembly.

Tighten
2 N·m (18 lb in)

Tip

•	Squeeze the locking tabs on the headlamp washer nozzle assembly together to remove and replace from the fascia.

•	Pull the nozzle shaft out and lock in place with the washer nozzle locking tabs.

•	Use a small flat-bladed tool to release the trim cover from the nozzle.
