Removal Procedure
- Remove the instrument panel (I/P) insulator. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Left Side.
- Pull the bolster trim panel out and downward in order to release the clips securing the panel to the I/P.
- Remove the bolts (1) securing the bolster bracket to the I/P.
Installation Procedure
- Install the bolts (1) securing the bolster bracket to the I/P and tighten the bolts to 9 N·m (80 lb in).
- Locate the bolster trim panel onto the I/P.
- Push the trim panel in order to secure the clips to the I/P.
- Install the insulator to the I/P. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Left Side.
