Makes 🢒 Cadillac 🢒 2009 🢒 STS 🢒 HVAC 🢒 Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning 🢒 Blower Motor Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the right closeout insulator panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side.
  2. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement.

    3. Object Number: 819760 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the blower motor electrical connector.

    4. Object Number: 819758 Size: SH
  4. Disconnect the blower motor processor electrical connector.

    5. Object Number: 819757 Size: SH
  5. Remove the screws (1) that retain the blower motor.
  6. Remove the air inlet housing bolts to gain clearance for the blower motor.

    7. Object Number: 756313 Size: SH
  7. Remove the blower motor.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 756313 Size: SH
  1. Install the blower motor.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 819757 Size: SH
  2. Install the blower motor screws (1) and tighten to 1.5 N·m (13 lb in).
  3. Install the air inlet housing bolts and tighten to 6 N·m (53 lb in).

    4. Object Number: 819758 Size: SH
  4. Connect the blower motor processor electrical connector.

    5. Object Number: 819760 Size: SH
  5. Connect the blower motor electrical connector.
  6. Install the I/P compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement.
  7. Install the right closeout insulator panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side.
