COMPUTER COMMAND CONTROL TESTER-ORDERING PROCEDURE

Models Affected: 1981 4.1 liter V-6 engines equipped with Computer Command Control.

The attached brochure from Micro Processors Systems, Inc. is being forwarded to all dealers concerning an available Computer Command Control Tester. This tester can be used to monitor input from various sensors to the ECM and features similar diagnostic aids that are included on the 1981 V8-6-4 DFI engine. The tool does not take the place of established diagnostic charts. Dealers should be aware that the only Cadillac vehicle this tool will function on are those equipped with the 1981 4.1 liter V-6 engine and will not be applicable for 1982 model V-6 engines.
