Oil Pan Replacement for Cadillac Seville 1998

1. Remove the transmission. Refer to Transmission Replacement in Automatic Transmission.
2. Drain the engine oil.
3. Remove the exhaust crossover pipe. Refer to Exhaust Crossover Replacement .
4. Remove thirteen oil pan bolts.
5. Remove the oil pan and discard the gasket, if present.

1. Reseal the oil pan. Refer to Oil Pan Installation .
2. Instal the exhaust crossover. Refer to Exhaust Crossover Replacement .
3. Install the transmission. Refer to Transmission Replacement in Automatic Transmission.
4. Refill the engine oil.
