1. Disconnect the radio connector.
2. Close LH front door.
3. Ignition switch ON.

Is the chime on?

Go to Step 5

Check CKT 652 (PPL/WHT) and CKT 653 (DK BLU/WHT) for a short to battery positive voltage (B+).

Is circuit OK?

Go to Step 5

Go to Step 4

Repair CKT 652 (PPL/WHT) or CKT 653 (DK BLU/WHT).

Is circuit repair complete?

Perform the Radio/Audio Diagnostic System Check.
