Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover Replacement for Cadillac Seville 1999

1. Grip the end cap (1) at the grommet opening and pull outward until the rear edge retainers disengage.
2. Slide out the tabs on the front edge.

1. Align the tabs on front edge of the end cap (1) to the slots in IP retainer.
2. Push toward IP and engage retainers.
