Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 105547 Size: SH
  1. The AIR BAG Warning Indicator is not serviceable separately. The Instrument Panel (IP) Cluster must be service as a complete unit.
  2. Turn the ignition OFF.
  3. Remove the Instrument Panel (IP) cluster electrical connector (1) from the IP cluster (2). Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement in Instrument Panel, Guages and Console.

Installation Procedure

  1. Install the IP cluster electrical connector (1) to the IP cluster (2). Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement in Instrument Panel, Guages and Console.
  2. Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF. The AIR BAG Warning Indicator should flash seven times then turn off.
  3. If the AIR BAG Warning Indicator stays illuminated after flashing seven times perform the SIR diagnostic system check. Refer to SIR Diagnostic System Check .
