Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to SIR Handling Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 547163 Size: SH
  1. Remove the front bucket seat. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket .
  2. Remove the front seat cushion. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Replacement .
  3. Remove the seat back frame. Refer to Front Seat Back Frame Replacement .

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 547163 Size: SH
  1. Transfer any remaining seat components to the new adjuster frame:
    2. • The adjuster cables/sensors (2,4)
    • The seat adjuster motors (1,3)
    • The lower retractor
    • The wiring
    • the clips
  2. Install the front seat cushion. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Replacement .
  3. Install the seat back frame. Refer to Front Seat Back Frame Replacement .
  4. Install the front bucket seat. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket .
  5. If the vehicle is equipped with memory seats, calibrate the seat. Refer to Memory Seat Calibration .
