Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 711090  Size: SH
  1. Remove the headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Replacement in Lighting Systems.
  2. Depress the tab (2) on the headlamp washer hose connection, in order to disconnect the headlamp washer hose (1).

  3. Object Number: 711073  Size: SH
  4. Grasp the washer nozzle cover (1) and pull out away from the bumper cover.
  5. While holding the washer nozzle (3) out, release the washer nozzle cover (1) from the washer nozzle (3) by releasing the snap tabs (2) on each side of the nozzle cover (1).

  7. Remove the screws (1) that retain the headlamp washer assembly (2) to the vehicle.

  8. Object Number: 711075  Size: SH
  9. Remove the headlamp washer nozzle assembly (1) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 711075  Size: SH
  1. Install the headlamp washer nozzle assembly (1) to the vehicle.

  2. Object Number: 711078  Size: SH

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Install the screws (1) that retain the headlamp washer assembly (2) to the vehicle.
  4. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 1.5 N·m (13 lb in).

  5. Pull the washer nozzle away (1) from the bumper.
  6. While holding the washer nozzle out, snap the washer nozzle cover (1) onto the washer nozzle (2).

  7. Object Number: 711090  Size: SH
  8. Connect the headlamp washer hose.
  9. Engage the male end of the headlamp washer hose (1) into the female of the end of the headlamp washer hose (2) with a firm push.

  10. Install the headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Replacement in Lighting Systems.
