Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front air deflector. Refer to Front Air Deflector Replacement in Body Front End.

  2. Object Number: 106471  Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the fog lamp electrical connector (2) from the fog lamp (1).

  4. Object Number: 106470  Size: SH
  5. Remove the fasteners (3) securing the fog lamp (2) to the fog lamp bracket (1).
  6. Remove the fog lamp (2).
  7. If the fog lamp bracket requires replacement, remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement in Bumpers.

  8. Object Number: 105151  Size: SH
  9. Remove the fasteners (1) securing the fog lamp bracket (3) to the front impact bar (2).
  10. Remove the fog lamp bracket (3).

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 105151  Size: SH
  1. Install the fog lamp bracket (3).
  2. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Install the fasteners (1) in order to secure the fog lamp bracket (3) to the front impact bar (2).
  4. Tighten
    Tighten the fog lamp bracket mounting fasteners to 9 N·m (80 lb in).

  5. Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement in Bumpers.

  6. Object Number: 106470  Size: SH
  7. Install the fog lamp (2).
  8. Install the fasteners (3) in order to secure the fog lamp (2) to the fog lamp bracket (1).
  9. Tighten
    Tighten the fog lamp fasteners to 6 N·m (53 lb in).

  10. Connect the fog lamp electrical connector (2) to the fog lamp (1).
  11. Install the front air deflector. Refer to Front Air Deflector Replacement in Body Front End.
